You’ll learn how you identify each of these elements, why winemakers choose each technique, how they affect aroma, flavor, body, and balance, and which classic styles commonly feature them!
By the end, you’ll feel confident distinguishing these cellar choices on the palate, an essential skill for blind tasting and for understanding what’s happening in your wines beyond the grape!
