After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you ordered a physical product, tracking info will follow once your order ships. New customers can check out as a guest or create an account for easier tracking. Links are sent in your confirmation and subsequent emails and can be viewed anytime.
If there’s an issue with a digital product, physical item, or event, we’ll review it and do our best to make it right! Refunds and replacements depend on the type of product and situation. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Tasting Group access is instant, and PDF downloads are emailed immediately (check your spam folder if you don’t see it). Physical products are processed within 1–2 business days, with tracking provided once shipped. Wine shipments are typically packaged and sent 3–5 days after the cutoff for Tasting Group or any workshop, but they’re fulfilled by independent retailers. Please check the retailer’s shipping policy after ordering.
We don’t ship physical products internationally at this time, however, you can access PDF downloads from anywhere in the world. Tasting Group memberships are open to international participants, though the wines can’t be shipped outside the US (check the Tasting Group FAQ for more info)
Our tasting group meets 2-3 times a month. Workshops typically take place 1–2 times per season. Private 1:1 sessions or events can be scheduled anytime, just reach out!
