While most of what we offer is non-returnable by nature (like digital downloads and virtual events), we always aim to make things right if something doesnโt meet expectations.

Digital Download Products
Because digital products are instantly accessible, all digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered. However, we know that technology and humans arenโt perfect.
If you experience a technical issue, make a duplicate or mistaken purchase, or feel your product doesnโt deliver the value promised, please contact us. Weโll review your situation personally and, if appropriate, issue a refund or replacement.

Physical Products
This includes all items we ship, whether theyโre stocked or made to order (some products are produced especially for you and may ship separately or from different locations).
We put care into every product and want you to love what you receive. If something isnโt right, please let us know.
Returns:
- Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in the same condition as received.
- Contact first: You must contact us before returning any item. Do not send items back without prior confirmation.
- Return shipping:
- If the return is due to change of mind or no longer needed, the customer covers return shipping.
- If we made an error or the item arrives damaged or defective, weโll cover the return shipping costs.
- Return timeline: Once approved, the return must be shipped (with tracking) within 7 days of approval.
- Refund amount: Refunds cover the physical product cost only. Any included digital download follows the digital product policy above.
- Processing time: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
Made-to-Order Notes:
Some physical products are created specifically for your order. Because these are produced just for you, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as size, color, or preference. However, if an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us right away with photos and details so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Event Tickets (Virtual)
- Refunds are available up to 24 hours before the event start time.
- If an event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the new date, but you may request a refund if you canโt attend.
- If an event is canceled, refunds will be processed automatically.
- Recording access: most events are recorded and made available to registered attendees. However, if you request a refund prior to the event (within the 24-hour refund window), you will no longer receive access to the event recording or any related materials.

Tasting Group (Virtual)
Memberships to The Grape Grind Tasting Group are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection at checkout).
You may cancel your membership at any time. When you cancel, your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again, but no partial refunds are provided for unused time within the billing cycle.
Before each renewal, members receive email reminders regarding upcoming payments. Because of this advance notice, charges made after a renewal date are considered valid and are not eligible for refunds if you forgot to cancel.
If best practices, community guidelines, or respectful conduct within the group are not followed, The Grape Grind reserves the right to remove or revoke access to the membership community immediately. In these cases, refunds are not guaranteed and will be handled at our discretion.
If you believe you were charged in error or have an exceptional circumstance, please contact us. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms and understand that access to exclusive materials, discussions, and events continues through the remainder of your paid period after cancellation, unless otherwise determined by The Grape Grind.
Wine Orders & Retailer Policies
All wines featured in The Grape Grind tastings are fulfilled by independent retail partners. The Grape Grind does not sell, ship, or process payments for any wines.
If you experience any issues with your wine order (including shipping delays, breakage, corked bottles, or incorrect items), please contact the retailer you purchased from directly.
